Woonona

flagstaff point lighthouse

Our Woonona to Bulli walk is just exquisite! Calming, quiet and peaceful.

Take in the views of the ocean, breathe in the fresh salty air and watch the ships roll past!

Woonona allows you to choose between kicking off your shoes and doing a barefoot walk on the beach or leave them on and take the pathway- whichever  you choose you will not be dissapointed!

This location offers plenty of parking, seated and undercover areas for those who prefer to kick back and leave the walking part out!

Meeting point

Here is a map of where you meet your psychologist in Woonona, but don’t stress, they will give you a call the day before your session just to introduce themselves and to let you know exactly where you will find them! They will also remind you of any documents that you will need to bring along to the session, but most of all, they will make you feel at ease about the exciting journey you are about to go on!

Our Woonona Psychologists

Our Woonona Psychologists come with their own special skill sets, experience and area of interest. Below is a little bit of information about each one of them.

Sarah

What disorders do you have a special interest in?

Depression, anxiety, stress, goal setting, motivation. I work with teens and young adults a lot.

What about your training sets you apart from the rest?

“I have been exposed to many different scenarios & approaches to helping people grow and change. The workplace setting can be very structured whereas personal therapy can be more free-flowing and conversational which I love.

Most recently I have used Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness techniques. This approach is both simple and effective in its ability to improve awareness, focus & clarity. I’m a big fan.”
